Revitaled Reintegration Services’ 2024/2025 Annual Report

Dear Friends, Revitaled Community, and Supporters,

As we reflect on this past year, we are deeply proud of the progress we’ve made and the communities we’ve continued to walk alongside. In a time marked by uncertainty and growing needs, our work remained rooted in possibility, cultural care, and collective imagination.

One of our most exciting milestones this year was securing funding for two cornerstone initiatives: Your Story Matters (YSM) 2025 and LawLantis. With renewed support, YSM will return

as a vibrant, youth-centered space for creative expression, identity-building, and wellness in Summer 2025. We’re especially proud that Your Story Matters will expand its reach, offering even more racialized youth the opportunity to tell their stories on their terms.

In parallel, LawLantis is moving from vision to prototype. Thanks to early investment, we’ve begun co-designing a digital justice experience that reflects the lived realities of youth navigating legal systems. This project is bold, and it’s powered by community voices. We’re listening closely, learning constantly, and building something new with care

This year also marked an important period of organizational growth and intentional reflection. We took key steps to refine our mission, strengthen our internal capacity, and expand our offerings to reach a broader range of youth and families. From restructuring our programming model to deepening partnerships across education, justice, and mental health sectors, we’re focused on sustainability, access, and impact. We’ve also strengthened our commitment to Afrocentric, trauma-informed approaches that prioritize both community healing and systemic change.

As always, I am immensely proud of our small and mighty team and grateful to the continued support of our allies and champions. None of this would be possible without our community of partners, funders, and supporters. Thank you for believing in this work and the futures we’re creating together.

Warm Regards,

Jasmyne Julien, B.A (Hons.)
