Jasmyne Julien

Jasmyne Julien is the Founder and Director of Revitaled Reintegration Services, a nonprofit focused on building inclusive, healthy communities for marginalized populations through care, education, and advocacy. With nearly a decade of program management experience and a BA in Criminology, Jasmyne is committed to social justice. She has almost 5 years of experience in government administration where she applies data, policy analysis, and program development frameworks to combat gendered racism and occupational segregation.
An emerging racial justice advocate and sought-after speaker, Jasmyne’s efforts have earned national recognition, including being named one of Canada’s Top 100 Black Women to Watch in 2023 by CIBWE, an honor recognized by former Prime Minister Justin Trudeau. She was also named one of Ontario’s Community Changemakers in 2024.
Three words she uses to describe herself? Harmonious, purposeful, and consistent.

Over the past 25 years, Tashana Julien has put her Diploma in Executive Office Administration and Degree in Psychology to work. Having worked in the healthcare field with vulnerable populations for over 20 years, Tashana has developed holistic approaches for helping clients to meet their needs. She is bringing her insight, and administrative talents, to Revitaled.

Cheddi Julien has over 21 years of entrepreneurial experience, providing Revitaled with strategic insight and leadership. Additionally, Cheddi is a licensed Pastor, and has nearly 15 years of experience counselling at-risk populations. With this experience, he is spearheading our informal counsellingship and mentorship program in addition to our day-to-day operations.

Following her recent completion of her BA in Criminology, Crystal demonstrates an unwavering commitment to the field of Criminal Law, particularly in its impact on marginalized communities. Her professional journey includes a substantial involvement with non-profit organizations, dedicated to the dissemination of insights into the realities of incarceration to the broader population. Crystal’s passion for justice finds expression through her extensive engagements across various platforms, where she advocates for the rights of prisoners and the imperative of equitable access to justice. Complementing these endeavors, she consistently donates her time and expertise to her community, focusing on mentoring and nurturing the personal growth of young individuals, particularly those from minority backgrounds. Her dedication serves to furnish them with constructive role models, thereby fostering their long-term success.

Sinthura Thuraisingam
PRACTICUM STUDENT
Sinthura is a current Ontario Tech student completing a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. She is dedicated to learning and supporting her community through both academics and extracurricular involvement, with a particular focus on wellness and leadership development. As a practicum student with Revitaled, she hopes to contribute to ongoing projects that promote healthy communities by combating mental health stigma, encouraging advocacy, and supporting education for marginalized populations.
