The Terms of Service and End User License Agreement (the “Agreement”) is a legally binding agreement between you (“you,” “the Player,” or “the User”) and LawLantis, operated by Revitaled Reintegration Services (“LawLantis,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By playing LawLantis (the “Game”), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use the Game.
Purpose and Nature of the Game
LawLantis is a fictional, narrative-based interactive game designed for educational, reflective, and storytelling purposes. Any similarities between the stories presented in the Game and real-life situations are purely coincidental. The Game explores themes related to justice, systems navigation, decision-making, and social issues through simulated scenarios and characters.
Eligibility and Age Requirements
If you are under eighteen (18) years of age, you represent that you have obtained the consent of a parent or legal guardian to play this game.
The Game may include mature themes, including but not limited to justice system involvement, mental health challenges, and systemic harm. If you experience emotional distress while playing the Game, you are encouraged to pause use and seek support from trusted individuals or qualified professionals. Players are encouraged to engage responsibly and discontinue use if the content becomes distressing.
Accessibility Statement
LawLantis is committed to providing an accessible and inclusive gaming experience for all players, in accordance with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) and applicable Canadian accessibility legislation.

Community Guidelines & Code of Conduct
LawLantis is committed to fostering a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all players. By submitting feedback, you agree to the following standards of conduct:
- Provide comments with respect, dignity, and fairness.
- Refrain from harassment, threats, discriminatory language, or bullying of any kind.
- Do not submit content that is harmful, illegal, misleading, or offensive.
The Community Guidelines support the values of care, safety, and reflection central to the Game. Players are encouraged to engage thoughtfully and responsibly.
Fan Content and Intellectual Property (IP) Policy
LawLantis encourages creativity and engagement through fan-generated content, such as artwork, fan fiction, or gameplay videos. This policy clarifies the rules regarding intellectual property and permissible use:
- Ownership of LawLantis IP
All intellectual property rights in LawLantis, including but not limited to the Game, storylines, characters, artwork, and logos, are owned by Revitaled Reintegration Services. No fan creation grants ownership of LawLantis’ intellectual property.
- Permitted Use of Fan Content
Fans may create and share non-commercial content inspired by LawLantis, provided it is:
- Clearly identified as fan-created and not official LawLantis content
- Respectful of the Game’s themes, players, and community
- Not used to misrepresent, exploit, or profit from the Game’s intellectual property
- Prohibited Use
Content (e.g., fan content, commercial content, etc.) about the Game may not:
- Be used commercially without written permission from Revitaled Reintegration Services
- Imply endorsement by LawLantis or Revitaled Reintegration Services
- Contain offensive, harmful, or illegal material
- Represent the Game as legal advice or professional guidance
Player Conduct
You agree to use the Game in a respectful and lawful manner. You must not engage in conduct that is abusive, harassing, threatening, discriminatory, harmful, misleading, or otherwise inappropriate.
You must not attempt to interfere with the operation of the Game, gain unauthorized access to systems, exploit bugs, or engage in cheating or manipulation.
Updates and Availability
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue the Game or any part of it at any time without notice. Access to the Game is provided on an “as available” basis, and uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.
Privacy and Data Protection
LawLantis complies with applicable Canadian privacy legislation, including the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), as well as applicable Ontario laws.

Disclaimer of Warranties
The Game is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. LawLantis makes no representations or guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or suitability of the Game’s content.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LawLantis shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Game.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein.
You agree that any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario, unless otherwise required by law.
Amendments
LawLantis may amend this Agreement from time to time. Continued use of the Game following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
